The examination which was conducted in the month of March 2013 at various examination centers all over the country was attended by more than ten lakhs students.
So far the CBSE was conducting the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) examination to obtain admission in top most colleges in the country, while the other states were conducting the State level Common Entrance Test (CET) to gain admission in the Engineering and Pharmacy College of State.
But hereafter it has been decided that instead of state level CET there will be a Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) 2013 and NEET 2013. Students also need not much worry about the results this year with the board going little compassionate on students. This year the charts in terms of the pass percentage are also expected to roll up.
The results will be declared on May 27 at 10 a.m.
